Travel is an industry which I love and I have been lucky enough to have worked in travel for over 20 years.
During this time I have been able to travel to the most amazing places and have met some fabulous people along the way during work familiarisation trips and my own personal holidays.
My role as Customer Journey Manager enables me to ensure each and every one of our lovely clients have the best experience from their first point of contact with ourselves.
As a company Customer Service is of the utmost importance to us and we pride ourselves on this.
We truly believe that family is everything and provide bespoke, affordable travel, making memories that will last forever.
Some Nice Comments About Me.
“You are Wonderwoman, Superwoman and all other stars in between. Thank you so much for everything Samantha. The money is more than welcome, but your calmness, perseverance & kindness have been really appreciated.”
“Enjoy your time with your son in this lovely weather & we will look forward to seeing you when you reopen the office.
Thank you for everything. Very best wishes. Stay well”
Australia: I was extremely lucky to have been chosen to join a group of other agents to travel to Melbourne, Australia.
Mauritius: This is where I spent my 39th Birthday. Sitting at the Royal Palm with the most stunning views, enjoying he company of other agents I was lucky to enjoy this trip with is a birthday I will never forget.
Florida: As a single parent this was a holiday of a lifetime. We made the most amazing memories.
Dubai: This is our favourite destination and has a special place in our hearts. We visited the world’s tallest building the Burj Khalifa, shopped in some of the world’s largest shopping malls, visited hidden gems in a traditional souk and treated ourselves to fun-filled attractions, water and theme parks. Dubai definitely has something for everyone.
Pack essentials in hand luggage – Pack lightly if you can, especially when it comes to hand-luggage as there is nothing worse than having to lug huge bags around an airport and onto a plane when you’re by yourself whilst keeping an eye on your little one. Put essential items for the flight right at the top of your cabin baggage or in a separate compartment so that you don’t have to do too much rummaging around for things when you board the flight.
Entertainment for the flight – Bring things that will keep your kids entertained on the flight such as a tablet stocked up with episodes of favourite shows, movies, books or some colouring pens and paper.
Online Check in – As an agency this is something that we do for our clients as it saves time at the airport which means you start your holiday off completely stress free.
Documents – As my little one has a different surname to me I always ensure I have the correct documents to show that he is mine as we have been asked to prove this at security on a few occasions.
Make memories – Going on adventures together is the best way to make memories we will both remember forever. Relax and just enjoy each others company!
