Promote and market Thorne Travel, including new and niche markets
Sell travel products and bespoke tour packages to meet commercial targets
Source and tailor products and destinations to customer demand
Attend familiarisation trips to expand destination knowledge
Manage bookings and schedules with travel partners like airlines and hotels
Deliver customer service that consistently exceeds expectations
Supervise and manage the shop’s daily operations
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvements
